Do people say you’re a little bit anal?  Can you accurately cost out a purchase order, answer the phone and enter details about a problem a customer has, balance the cost of an incoming load of freight with the invoices, phone customers to schedule delivery and vendors to check on an order, and do this all without someone looking over your shoulder telling you what needs to be done next?  Can you interact with customers in a fun but professional manner?  Does it bother you enough that when things don’t quite add up you become a private investigator to get to the bottom of it?  Do you like variety in your workday and can you work a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday?  Can you survive happily on 30K – 38k per year?  In short are you my next customer care specialist?  Now you’re probably wondering if all this will keep you busy all day and the answer will be no.  In your spare time you will help out printing price tags making signage and host of other small jobs, maybe even helping a customer load a smaller purchase into their vehicle.  It’s hectic.
