I spent a lot of time about seven years ago looking for the perfect sofa and, after going through many stores, I finally found an amazing sofa at your store. I still love that sofa, and it still looks great despite getting lots of use. At that time I was happy to have been pointed toward your store by a friend, as I wanted to be sure I got the right look and excellent quality. As I looked through your store, however, I did feel that most of your inventory was very conservative, so I was happily surprised to find the design I wanted. Another visit a couple of years ago confirmed that same impression – beautiful pieces but still very conservative. Last week however I paid another visit to your store and noticed that both your inventory and your layout had changed – I liked it very much. There was a greater variety of furnishings throughout the store. The arrangement was more satisfying, and I was happy to see that the choices made were those that demanded second looks. Lines of chair legs that I’d never encountered before had me taking second looks. I was working on an interior design project and found several pieces that I felt would work – and I only had to visit one store on the list I’d made of stores I might have to go to… on a very cold day.
